General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website of the Médiathèque Culturelle de la Corse et des Corses (M3C)

 

These general conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the ‘GCU’) govern access to and use of the Médiathèque Culturelle de la Corse et des Corses website, accessible at https://m3c.universita.corsica (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’). By accessing and using the Site, the user (hereinafter ‘the User’) expressly accepts the GCU.

 

1. Purpose of the Site

The purpose of the Site is to provide information on the culture and heritage of Corsica through multimedia resources, texts and archives available in archive form. It is published by the ‘Places, Identities, Spaces and Activities’ laboratory (UMR 6240 LISA) of the University of Corsica Pasquale Paoli.

 

2. Access to and use of the Website

Access to the Website is free of charge. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the laws and regulations in force and with these GCU. The Site is made available for personal use, any commercial or unauthorised use being prohibited.

 

3. Responsibilities of the Publisher

The Publisher endeavours to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up-to-date. However, the Publisher cannot be held liable for any interruptions, malfunctions or inaccuracies in the information available.
